Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with payment information. Once your payment is successful, you will receive a second email stating your order is being processed.
If we can’t deliver your order or there is a problem that needs fixing, we’ll let you know and help you resolve it.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an automatic confirmation email with the order number when your order is placed.
Your package ships within 24–48 hours upon receipt of payment. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a
Shipping Confirmation Email, which will also contain:
- Your tracking number
- Links to track using the tracking link(s) provided below, pertinent to your country
- Details for you to get in touch with us with any questions about your shipment

Shipping Method
All items are shipped through Express Mail Service (EMS) or comparable provider shipping services. Depending on your location, a licensed pharmacist from our pharmacy will ship these products.
Please be advised that some tracking sites may not show tracking after the parcel leaves Thailand.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery time estimates:
- USA, UK, Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–15 business days
- Asia & Australia: 7–12 business days
- Other Countries: 10–21 business days
Sometimes, it may take longer than expected. If you don’t receive your order within the estimated window, please wait 7 business days before contacting us so we can check if it’s delayed, held up in customs, or missing.
Customs Information
Since we ship standard post from India, your country’s customs may treat your package as an import. Customs may slow down deliveries, taking 3 days to 3 weeks. Import taxes or duties may also be required.
Tip: Always include your full address and ZIP/PIN code to prevent delays.
Missed Delivery
The post office will leave a notice if you’re unavailable during delivery. Items are usually held for up to 4 weeks before being returned to us.
