Return & Refund Policy

At Health Medi Zone, customer satisfaction is essential to us. We’re committed to offering high service standards, friendly support, and fast order processing and delivery. While we strive to ensure everything runs smoothly, we understand issues may arise and are here to help when they do.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. After receiving your payment, a second email will confirm that your order is being processed.

If we cannot fulfil your order or there’s a payment issue, our team will contact you immediately.

Shipping Confirmation

Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). A shipping confirmation email will include:

  • Tracking number and tracking link
  • Estimated delivery timeline
  • Contact information for support

We suggest placing orders early to avoid delays from customs or shipping issues.

Delivery Timeline

Most international orders arrive within 10–21 business days. Occasionally, customs procedures may delay delivery up to 30 business days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please email us at support@HealthMediZone.com. You can choose between a reshipment or a full refund.

Customs and Import Delays

Since we’re based in India, your order may be considered an import. While most shipments clear customs smoothly, occasional delays of up to 3 weeks may occur. We are not responsible for customs fees or delays, but we’re here to help you through the process.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost or not delivered, we’ll reship it for free or issue a full refund. Please report such issues within 8 weeks of your shipping date.

Note: Requests after 8 weeks are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We’ll gladly send the correct item or provide a 100% refund if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Returns & Refunds – Key Conditions

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be expired.
  • The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

Partial Deliveries

If your order arrives partially:

  • We’ll refund you for any missing items.
  • You’ll only be charged for what you received.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations can be made for orders that have yet to be shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
