Our generics come from trusted names like Apotex, Teva (Novopharm), and Genpharm. Health authorities approve them; they are just as effective as brand-name versions.

Due to branding laws, generics can vary in shape or colour, but their contents are the same. Differences may also come from different manufacturers.

5. Do all medications have generic versions?

No. Only about half of prescription drugs have generic alternatives. Only the brand-name version is available if the drug is still under patent.

6. How can I order?

Just browse our site, upload your prescription, and check out. If you don’t see a confirmation email, check your spam folder or allow us.

7. When will I get my order?

For specific areas, international delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks or 8–10 days. In rare cases, it might take up to 30 days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

8. Can I track my shipment?

Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track it through the shipping provider or contact our team for help.

9. What's your return/refund policy?

We’ll refund or reship your order if it’s lost or damaged. Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Let us know within 30 days of shipping.

10. Can I cancel my order?
