Cancellation Policy – Health Medi Zone

At Health Medi Zone, quality pharmaceutical attention is our promise to you. Because we try to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, there is only a small window to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel an order within 30 minutes of purchasing by doing the following:

  • Log in to My Account
  • Go to Orders Processing
  • Click the Cancel button for the order being processed
  • Choose the right cancellation reason

Cancellation will delete the order from your Orders Processing list. If more than 10 minutes have passed and you can no longer cancel, the order may have already been worked on or shipped. Should such arrangements interest you, please contact our Customer Support team directly at admin@healthmedizone.com for help.

Cancellations – Read Carefully

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Please see our Return Policy in these types of cases.
  • No guarantee cancellations will be honoured after 10 minutes, as orders may be sent for fulfilment immediately.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect payment information will be cancelled.
  • If we are no longer in stock or cannot service you, we can cancel this order with a full refund.

Reasons for Cancellation

We have a lax cancellation policy, and cancellations do happen for any number of reasons, including:

  • Quantity limits per order and product
  • Out-of-stock or discontinued items
  • Complaints and disputes regarding the product
  • Pricing inaccuracies
  • Non-receipt of payment

Damaged or Partial Deliveries

In case of damage in transit or partial shipment:

  • We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, depending on your choice.
  • In the case of partial deliveries of goods, shipping will be charged only for the items that have been shipped; the excess will be refunded.

Refund Policy

If your purchase can be cancelled or returned:

  • Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the purchase (credit/debit card or the like).
  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receipt of the returned item.
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
